Our 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday 6th November at 6pm, in the Iron Bridge Inn.
All members are welcome to attend.
We’ll be reflecting on what has happened in the last year, making plans for the year ahead, and we will be electing to positions on the committee.

If you have attended within the past 3 terms, you can stand for a position on the committee. All the roles on the committee are open for applications.
Questions for the candidates?
Got things you want to ask the candidates? You can pose questions using our Facebook Q&A thread. Alternatively, send your questions to email@example.com and they’ll be passed on to the right person; answers will be sent to you and shared online.
At the AGM, everybody’s names and supporting statements will be shared with the choir. There will be an opportunity to ask questions of the candidates in the AGM and, after the meeting, voting will open.
If you cannot attend the AGM, you will still be able to ask questions to those running in an informal online Q&A which will take place in our Facebook Group from November 4th-6th.
Voting will take place online, and a link to vote will be emailed to all eligible members (members who have attended within the past 3 terms).
Voting opens immediately after the AGM on the 6th of November, and closes at noon on Saturday, 10th November.
Results will be announced in choir on Tuesday 13th November, and the new committee will hold its first meeting at 6pm on Tuesday 20th November.
